With listmailer.dev, you can easily upload your CSV lists and send personalized emails using your own SMTP provider. Our platform focuses on empowering you to manage and distribute email campaigns with precision and efficiency. By using listmailer.dev, you agree to our terms and conditions ("Terms").

Listmailer.dev is available under a subscription model. Payments are processed via our merchant of record, paddle.com, which accepts various payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and more. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees as specified, in accordance with the terms and conditions of paddle.com.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a refund policy to ensure you are pleased with the service provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time; if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription or the renewal period, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made after the first 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to listmailer.dev. By using our platform, you grant us a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, execute, and display your uploaded data and content solely as necessary to provide the agreed services to you and your authorized users.

Listmailer.dev enables users to upload and process email lists and other data. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all uploaded content and its usage comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection and intellectual property rights. Using the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
